All servicing and support enquiries, such as requesting product manuals or software updates, will be handled by your PLAN approved system integrator. If for any reason you are unable or unhappy to contact your existing system integrator for support, please contact us for resolution.
Technical support for installers
Whilst PLAN approved system integrators are trained and fully-capable of supporting our end users, we provide Tier 3 technical support for scenarios where expert level troubleshooting and analysis methods are required. This support line is available exclusively to approved system integrators and can be reached via our main telephone contact number.
